Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tblsp Arrowroot Poweder
  • 1 Tblsp Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Tblsp Cooking Oil (no grapeseed nor walnut oils)
  • 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together until fully mixed.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together.

  3. Combine and mix all together using food-processor or not for a more meaty, crunchy mix.

  4. Separate into 12 cupcakes liners or a greased cupcake pan.

  5. Bake for 30 min at 375' and allow to completely cool.
