Oat bran is so much healthier and tastier than acai bowls. Here I show you how I create mine each morning to be fun, fruity, nutritious, and delicious!
Place scoop (1/3 cup or more!) of dry oats in a heat-safe bowl (ramekin is my preference).
Add in frozen berries.
Add in twice as much water (2/3 cup) as your oats. Pour boiling water over frozen berries first.
Let stand until desired texture is achieved.
Top with your choice of toppings!
Suggested- 2 packets of Truvia, 2 Tablespoons of Blueberries, 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Shreds, and if I have them, I also add 1 teaspoon of pecans.
Stir and enjoy!
