Vegan Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

One of my favorite quick and easy treat meals is a take on the classic sausage and cheese biscuit. All you need are the following ingredients and about 15 minutes, sooo much easier than running to McDonalds and definitely kinder and more healthy. This sandwich has about 15 grams of protein, 300 calories, and only 9 grams of fat! Check out how easy delicious can be:

Vegan Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
One of my favorite quick and easy treat meals is a take on the classic sausage and cheese biscuit. Instructions
  1. Bake 1 Simple Truth or Gardein Sausage Patty for 10 minutes on 450F
  2. Toast 1 English Muffin and when those are done
  3. Broil 1/2 Slice Vegan Cheese (Daiya Cheddar Recommended)on One Half of Biscuit until cheese is bubbling...about 2-3 minutes, while the Sausage Patty is on the Other Half Crisping!
